Max Payne 3: After the Fall Issue 1 Cover Released

by Greg DeVriesApril 30, 2012

Rockstar and Marvel have released the cover for the first issue of Max Payne 3: After the Fall, a three part comic series linking the events of Max Payne 2 and 3. After the Fall clearly refers to Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. After the Fall will be written by Dan Houser and Sam Lake. Greg Horn and Fernando Blanco. It will include characters from all three games. What do you think? Will Mona Sax be there? Mark Wahlberg? Look for Max Payne 3: After the Fall as a free download on the Rockstar Newswire, the Max Payne 3 Official Site and other digital comic stores. So, are you excited? I’m hopeful.

Never thought, they would make one more Max Payne. I thought he died in 2. Notify me what you know.

ok, so i was observing the trailer for the new max payne motion picture with Mark Wahlberg and all i can say is, “What the Hell?!” If you’ve witnessed the trailer and played the authentic video clip game you may well understand. But can a person please explain to me why there are these winged creatures flying around? This is an action sport not a fantasy. Why are these guys in the movie?

Is the devil a character in the upcoming Max Payne movie? Who is the cloaked character?

I’ve never played diablo and my laptop has a core i5 processor. I like the look of max Payne and I enjoy that genre along with ghost recon. I can’t decide!!

I thought I once found a website where there was a huge ranking of all these web comics and you could also add your own comics to the list. Where oh where is it?

I’m looking at getting into comics. However, with literally an entire universe to explore, I have no idea where to start. I like super hero, but besides that there really is no criteria.

I’ve found the comics message boards that I’ve posted on so far (the official DC Boards for example) to be filled with people complaining that comics aren’t like they were whenever they started reading them. They’re also filled with a ludicrous amount of bile directed at certain comics creators and staff. Is this the case on all boards or is there a nice one out there? I don’t get a lot of chance to discuss comics in the non-internet world.

I was trying to find a setting to enable motion blur in Max Payne 3 (for PC), but I can’t seem to find one. Is it because Rockstar didn’t incorporate that into the game, or am I just incompetent?

What resolution and dimensions should my comics be in order to be publishing quality?

is 300 dpi okay? How small can i make the resolutions while still maintaining good print quality?

I want to sell to Border’s or Barnes & Nobles. Thanks!

I have been into comic books for a little bit, but not as heavy as I would like. I like all comics, hero to horror. But I feel like it’s hard to have conversations with people because I don’t know the full history of a character or haven’t read that particular novel. What graphic novels or comics do I need to read?

  • Mathew

I’m looking for someone who can help me find good comics.
Is there anyone who can talk about comics with me?

Has anyone read a lot of comics?
Maybe someone who has read some of these.

    Superman
    Batman
    Spiderman
    The Flash
    Robin

Has anyone read any of these?

  • Willie

With the upcoming renumbering of the DC universe I decided that I would start to buy comics. The problem is that I have no idea what to pick. I definitely want to follow Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Captain Atom, The Flash and Wonder Women. My question is what is the difference between Action Comics and Superman, Green Lantern Corps, Green Lantern: New Guardians and Green Lantern, Detective Comics, Batman and Robin and Batman?
