Awesomenauts Are Go, Set To Launch on PSN May 1st, XBLA May 2nd

Combining the action packed gameplay of a MOBA with the old school throwback of a side scroller, Awesomenauts, the upcoming XBLA and PSN title from Ronimo Games, has finally set a release date of May 1st for North American PSN users, and May 2nd for foreign PSN users and XBLA.

We’re promised to find, and I quote…”backstabbing chameleons, giant exploding robots and yes, laser wielding flying monkeys” within the title. We’ll be checking for all of these things when we get our hands on with a demo at PAX East next weekend. Until then, be sure to check out the game’s latest trailer.
